Learn To Embrace the Journey with Grace
I wish I could promise you that one day you will arrive. One day all of the uncertainties and questions will resolve and you’ll have exactly the answers and faith framework you need forever. But I can’t promise you this at all. In fact, I don’t want to either.
To be honest with you, there are days I crave a faith that holds all the answers and a God I can predict again. At times, I wish I felt like I could play Bible-page-flip-and-point with all my problems - those ways felt easier. But when I get past my reflexive craving for certainties and easy answers, I’m able to rest in the grace that is the mystery of God.
Your faith journey is not linear. Life isn’t about becoming a more perfect person. God is not a vending machine demanding your right actions for divine blessing.
So what is there instead? Practice. Grace. Embracing the process and enjoying the moments even when they do not meet our expectations. Learning to let go of the judgment we impose on ourselves when life happens. This is the work I am personally doing, and will continue to do for my whole life, and I want to invite you to join myself and others in embracing the journey with grace.

Friend, we only get one life to live, and we can work to mold how we view ourselves in this one wild life to be kind, compassionate, and loving. This practice can cultivate greater contentment and Compassionate Confidence no matter what our external circumstances might be.
I offer opportunities where I speak to cultivating this type of practice within and without a Christ-following faith practice. For me, this becomes the anchor, but it doesn’t have to be yours unless you’d like to keep this lens.
