Advent Challenge: Follow

FOLLOW

Day 7

My little shadow echoes me. He follows my every move. Repeats my every word. Mirrors my actions.

Who knew that my greatest chance for self-reflection would embody itself in a three year old? That I would give myself grace to grow so that he will too.

Follow, sweet boy. I take this responsibility seriously. Follow me as I follow Christ, until you know Him well enough to tell when you’re following Him or following me. Then choose Christ every time and that’s when I will get to follow the Christ in you too.
